Life After The Pen ("we", "us") is a small online publisher of educational guides about eating, exercise and habits, operated by a sole trader based in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lifeafterthepen.com, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it short and plain on purpose.

The protein & fibre calculator is a Google Sheet that you copy into your own Google account. The numbers you enter stay in your copy; we can't see them.
Our site doesn't set its own cookies and doesn't use advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers (see Google's privacy policy). If we add privacy-friendly analytics or advertising pixels in future, we'll update this page first.

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where EU/UK law applies, we rely on your consent for marketing emails (you can withdraw it any time), on contract to process orders, and on legitimate interests for security logs.
This site is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use reputable providers with strong security and keep access to our accounts protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible to begin with.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also tell subscribers by email.
